How do I add a voucher code?
The process depends on whether you're a new, returning or existing Kayo customer:
New customers
- Using a compatible web browser, visit the Kayo website.
- Click on ‘Select A Subscription Below’.
- Enter the voucher code in the box available.
- Click on 'Submit' to complete the process.
Note: If the code is successful, you'll see a discount applied to the tiers available. - Choose a subscription tier and follow the prompts to sign up.
Note: If you're an existing Kayo customer, you'll be asked to sign in with your Kayo login details before continuing. - The voucher code will be automatically applied to your account.
Returning customers
- Click here and scroll down to 'Enter your voucher code'.
- Enter the voucher code then select 'Submit'.
- Follow the prompts to login and to apply the voucher to your account.
Existing customers
- Sign in to Kayo with your credentials.
- Go to 'My Account'.
- Go to 'Quick Links' section on the 'Overview' page.
- Click on 'Redeem Voucher Code' under 'Quick Links'.
- Enter the voucher code.
- Click on 'Activate voucher code' to complete the process and avail the benefit.
Alternatively, click here and scroll to the bottom to 'Enter your voucher code'.
If you're an existing customer applying a voucher code to your current subscription, the voucher will apply from your next billing date.
How will I know my voucher has been successfully applied?
Once the voucher has been applied, it won't appear in 'My Account' however you'll receive a confirmation email on the email address associated with your account.
Why can’t I add my voucher code?
- Sometimes you may experience issues when in an incognito browser or in private mode. Close the incognito browser or exit private mode and try again.
- Check the terms and conditions of the offer to ensure it hasn’t expired. These can usually be found in the email you received, on the offer webpage, or on the checkout or sign-up page. If the offer has expired, you’ll be unable to redeem the voucher.
- If you're seeing an error message, follow the instructions on screen to resolve the issue. If you're unsure what the error message means, please contact us with a screenshot of the error for next steps.
How can I check when my offer ends?
Once you've redeemed an offer by adding your voucher code, you can check the offer end date in My Account:
- Click here to login to 'My Account'.
- Next to Kayo, you'll see the offer end date and how much you'll be charged once the offer expires and converts to a paid subscription. For example in the below screenshot, $40/mth - from 22/5/2025.
