These errors can occur for a few different reasons:
- A VPN is being used on your network or device.
- You're outside of Australia (Kayo can only be used within Australia).
- There’s an issue with your IP address that makes it appear that you’re outside of Australia.
- You’re using an incompatible device or browser.
If you're seeing this error message, follow the below troubleshooting steps:
- If you’re using a VPN, you’ll need to disable it. Click here to find out how to do so.
Note: Depending on your VPN provider, you may need to whitelist Kayo from your VPN by contacting your provider. - Sign out of the app and try to Sign In again.
- Due to licensing rights with our sports partners, you have to be in Australia to watch sports on Kayo. If you are outside Australia you will be unable to stream on Kayo.
- Ensure that you're using one of our compatible devices or browsers.
- Reboot the device.
