Unknown Encrypted Error

This usually occurs when the event tile has a technical issue.



Try accessing the event from the live channel it’s playing on:

1. Scroll down to the Live Channels carousel.
2. Select the channel the event is playing on. Click here for a guide on what channel to find your event.

If you're still experiencing this error message, follow the below troubleshooting steps:

1. Try rebooting your device.
2. Try deleting and reinstalling the app on your device.
3. Try clearing your cache. Click here for steps on clearing the cache on your device.
4. Try using another device.
