To upgrade or downgrade your subscription, follow these steps:
- Click here to sign in to 'My Account'.
- Click on 'Subscription'.
- Click on 'Change subscription' under 'Subscription details'.
- Make a choice from the upgrade plans available and click 'Continue'.
- Click on 'Confirm 'to make the payment for your new subscription and enjoy.
When will the change take effect?
If you've upgraded to a higher tier, this change will take effect immediately. If you’ve upgraded in the middle of your billing cycle, a one-off pro-rata charge will apply. If you’ve downgraded to a lower tier, this change will take effect on your next bill cycle date. You’ll have access to your existing plan until then.
Can I change a subscription billed by Apple or Optus?
No, you won’t be able to make changes to a subscription that’s billed by Apple or Optus through My Account on Kayo.
