How to cancel Kayo
- Log in to My Account here: hubbl.com.au/my-account/manage-subscriptions
- Next to Kayo, click Cancel.
Note: If you can't see Cancel or it's greyed out, you're likely billed for Kayo by Apple and will need to cancel with them directly.
- At the bottom of the screen, click Confirm.
- Review your changes, then click Complete.
- Ensure you see the "Success! Your order is complete" screen to confirm the cancellation was successful.
After cancelling, you'll still have access to Kayo until the end of your billing period.
How can I confirm my subscription was cancelled?
You'll receive an "Order Confirmation" email from Hubbl to the email address linked to your account, confirming the cancellation. Please also check your Junk or Spam folders.
In My Account, Kayo will also be greyed out, with a date indicating when your access will be removed (e.g. Until 22nd Mar 2025).
