How to cancel Kayo
- Sign in to My Account.
- Click on Subscription.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Cancel Subscription.
Note: You will see a list of offers available exclusively for you. Click on Keep My Subscription if you would like to retain your subscription, otherwise click on Continue. - Choose your preferred reason for cancellation of subscription.
- Click on Continue.
Note: Now you can see how the cancellation will affect your subscription. - Enter your Password to cancel.
- Click Confirm to complete the cancellation.
After cancelling, you'll still have access to Kayo until the end of your billing period.
Note: If you can't see Cancel or it's greyed out, you're likely billed for Kayo by Apple and will need to cancel with them directly.
How can I confirm my subscription was cancelled?
You'll receive a confirmation email from Kayo to the email address linked to your account, confirming the cancellation. Please also check your Junk or Spam folders.
In My Account, Kayo will also be greyed out, with a date indicating when your access will be removed (e.g. Until 22nd Mar 2025).
